Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused and in its original condition
• returned with tags and original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• personalized or custom-made products
• hygiene-related pet products
• gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
